Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products can be returned within 14 days if you are dissatisfied.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receipt, to the original payment method.

Damaged items

Email orders@ultimateskin.co.uk with a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges

Contact us before returning — we will guide you through the fastest route.

Timeline

• Day 0 — you receive the order.
• Day 1–30 — return window opens.
• Day 33–35 — refund processed after receipt at our warehouse.
